IMPORTANT NOTICE: This class is not part of the official ITIL Qualification Scheme credentials and is offered by ITSMI as the equivalent of an 'ITIL Awareness' class.
The class is available upon request and delivered onsite for a fixed fee. There is no maximum number of class attendees and no supporting examination requirement. The class duration is one day (six hours).
