IMPORTANT NOTICE: This credential has been retired and is replaced by the ITIL Diploma credential as described in the ITIL Qualification Scheme for version 3.
This class is expected to be available through the end of 2008 to allow candidates who are in process to complete their examinations. Once a full Service Manager credential is achieved it is subject to attendance of a further 'bridge' class to help the candidate transition to the ITIL Version 3 content.
