IMPORTANT NOTICE: This credential has been retired and is replaced by a combination of the Service Capability and Service Lifecycle credentials as described in the ITIL Qualification Scheme for version 3.
Further information on the availability of the replacement classes will be posted when made available. Please check very carefully any organization implying this class is still available. The current single and clustered practitioner modules may be offered by some organizations as stepping stones to the ITIL Diploma as originally suggested by the June 2007 version of the ITIL Qualification Scheme. However, subsequent information clearly suggests a 'bridge' class may form a new mandatory requirement to movement through the Version 3 scheme.
