Service Management Qualification Scheme (SMQS)

ITSMI is proud to be recognized as the first US company to achieve the status of 'registered education provider (REP)' for the standards compliant Service Management Qualification Scheme offered by the Service Management Institute™. The SMQS is the first credential program to be approved by the American National Standards Institute as a preliminary applicant for full accreditation, and consists of ten role-based qualifications.
