Fees & Payment
ITSMI must receive payment with each registration. Your place at a workshop or event is not confirmed until full payment is received. Course fees are charged in the currency specified for the course selected.
Substitutions & Cancellations
You can substitute an alternate attendee from your organization at any time for no additional charge.
Cancellations must be received in writing. Email ITSMI no later than 15 business days prior to an event's start date to receive a refund or course credit.
Refunds are not available when a cancellation is made less than 15 business days before an event's start date.
Participants canceling in this time frame will receive a credit towards another ITSMI event or workshop, minus an administration fee. Course credits are valid for six months from the date of the workshop originally cancelled.
Administration Fees
North America: $250 USD
ITSMI reserves the right to cancel or reschedule workshops or events.
No Shows
If an attendee fails to attend, no course credit or refund is provided.
