IMPORTANT NOTICE: The syllabus for this class designed to help existing ITIL Service Manager (version 2) credential holders transition to the Version 3 content was release in November 2007 by the APMG Examiner Panel, having been issued, and withdrawn early October 2007. The last communique received from our examination institute described a revised availability of January 2008 at the earliest.
Further information on the availability of this class will be posted when made available. Please check very carefully any organization implying this class is available. The syllabus is as yet undetermined and instructors need to be authorized PRIOR to any advertisements being issued.
